Lispor Terms of Service

1. Who can use Lispor

Lispor is built for adults running a registered or informal small business in Tanzania. By creating an account you confirm you are 18 or older and that the phone number you register is yours to use.

2. Your account, your responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your vault passphrase safe and for everything done under your account. We will never ask you for your passphrase — anyone who does is impersonating us.

If you invite staff to your shop, you are responsible for the access you grant them. You can suspend or remove any team member at any time from the in-app Team Management screen.

3. Service "as is"

We work hard to keep Lispor reliable, but software has bugs. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Lispor, including loss of revenue from a temporary outage.

4. Abuse

We may suspend or remove accounts that attempt to attack our servers, abuse other users, send spam through the system, or use Lispor to commit fraud. We'll explain why before any permanent action where reasonably possible.

5. Billing

Subscription prices are listed on our pricing page in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) and are billed in advance for each monthly cycle. Payments are made by Airtel Money to the number we publish; activation happens after we manually verify the transaction reference you submit.

No refunds are issued for the current cycle. You can cancel anytime — your tier remains active until the cycle ends, then your account reverts to read-only. Your data is never deleted because of a missed payment.

6. Tier scope

The subscription you pay for belongs to you as the owner. The moment we confirm your payment, every shop you own and every employee you've invited to those shops inherits your tier automatically.

7. Changes to these terms

If we materially change these terms, we'll show the new version in the app and update the "Effective date" above. Continued use after that date is your acceptance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Disputes that can't be settled by friendly conversation are subject to the jurisdiction of the Tanzanian courts.
